Start out by cutting yourself a top.
We got a new light!Of course, you can hardly see it in these pictures, but I just want you to know that it’s not for a lack of trying!.
We got it from The Home Depot down the street and Chris just installed it the other day.. I’ve been stalking light fixtures all over the place ever since and planning out all the new lights we “need” for every other room.I love what a difference it makes!.That sucker is bright!.
Except when it’s turned off!.I knew I wanted a lantern style in this room, but I hadn’t considered this more modern type until one of my mother-in-laws bought it for her house, but then discovered it was too big.
We happily took it off her hands and bought her a replacement that we all think is just perfect for her space.. Just to clarify, I have two mother-in-laws, not two husbands.
I love how the new lantern freshens up the space and adds that extra shiny *ping! These are called.
I think that the last time we used them was probably last Fall when we were repairing some sections of our downspouts, but I’m glad I stumbled on them that day! They’re pretty much the sharpest, easiest-to-use scissors ever and they’re made to keep your hands safe when you’re cutting through things like sheet metal that end up with a really sharp edge.
The angle that these snips make with the plastic packaging keeps your fingers safe, and the fact that they’re so sharp and so strong means that you won’t struggle, slip, and accidentally cut yourself.. To open the clamshell packaging, just cut carefully around the perimeter of the packaging until you can safely and comfortably remove whatever it is you’re trying to get at!.Even if you don’t think you’ll be cutting any tin at any time in the near future, I really recommend that you.
